Does diet effect tendonitis? - what effect does tendonitis have and body

I have read some supplements that can act as an anti-inflammatory drugs, or with which the traffic increse.
I wonder if anyone personal experience of what works.
I also read that the reaction is actually an inflammation, as used by the body to heal itself as it increases production of inflammatory white blood cells in the inflamed site. Why should anyone other anti-inflammatory pain by reducing inflammation. u would'nt say stop the production of white blood cells and thus bloof cure? Thanks
