How can you arrange to bring a visitor aboard a cruise ship? - volunteer cruise

Come along on a cruise in December with the celebrity. Have in one of the islands, which are encouraged, I am a longtime friend who does volunteer work. I want to bring on board to treat a good coffee or a drink. Has anyone advice on how to arrange for a visitor on board a cruise?

Passengers may bring visitors on board. This is a safety issue. Safety in general, is only for visitors:

work a.) The family and friends of the crew members on board the ship, which they visit for the day. And must be approved in advance by the / captain captain and chief of security

b) service providers who had boarded the ship.

c) In some cases, the visitor, the question of incentive, travel agencies or groups that are on a pleasure boat for sales and marketing.

d) persons who are part of a ceremony on board () the marriage, but sailing the boat.

Not applicable to your travel agent to get his friend on board. Your travel agent has nothing to say, if your friend is allowed on the boat, and can not be friends on the boat.

Unfortunately, you must make an appointment with his friend for a coffee or a drink at the beach.

I visit the boat all the time. And I see other visitors on the ships of all time. It is a message about 30 minutes before the cruise section with the words "All visitors must leave now.

I'm planning a wedding, and if a couple marries always invited to come see the boat at the wedding in the chapel of the ship.

I did not have 150 guests sailing aboard a ship visitors. The visitors come on board the whole time.

Talk to your travel agent to arrange a visit to his visitors. If you yourself posted and not through a travel agent, you are screwed, because she has no control.

The only time I experienced welcome visitors on a cruise ship, has been for weddings on board, was and always when the ship is in port for the day of arrival of the cruise passengers and prepare the next exit on the same day. The special events are planned far in advance. (In my first ride of the "bride and groom on board during the cruise departure, and went to blow holes in your wedding dress! Photographer The boat has beautiful pictures of them with life jackets orange Bride Dress and Tux!)) Otherwise, I know that all Cruise Lines, a "strictly no visitors" who rule, and no one was allowed the passengers and crew members aboard, all submitted their special identity card for security. If your friend is a VIP, a head of state or a member of the royal family or the wife of Captain, I guess it's bad luck, and you must treat your friend on the coast. However, if it does not hurt to ask!

Twenty years ago, remain our cruise ship (preferably anonymous) was at anchor in Villefranche. We met friends in the spring and as a group of four approached the offer and went to the ship. Food was simple, and we gave them a thorough tour with a buffet lunch, followed (we have not had the courage to) to the dining room. After lunch, we are all together again to shore. It is a unique challenge in the whole process.

Ten years ago we visited Iceland SagaRose and asked the Office of the Paymaster friends on board - have been issued special going - they all had tea together - free of charge.

Today will be much harder - but if you have a very, very good reason, a letter requesting the appropriate line to write both the trip and the captain is also possible that this can be solved.
Personally, but does not bother me, although I hold a Gold Card with two majot Cruise Lines.

Good luck!

For safety reasons, no other cruise passengers are permitted. A few years ago, to the visitors. If you already have the series The Love Boat, leaving the visitors, but it was long ago. Sometimes the cruise line will allow anyone to come and play on the boat for the day or something, but regular visitors are not allowed.

All cruise lines have a policy for the visitors. No exceptions. Sorry. I guess they're afraid to eat or something.

The answer is simple:

NOT ALWAYS visitors on board

N = number of boarding passes
