I have installed a internal TV Tuner card . I can hear the sound clearly but not able to see any video output? - internal tv tuner card

I have an internal TV tuner card and software running TVR.
I can hear the clear sound, but you can not see the video output signals.
I tried the latest version before the problem.
Could someone please help me solve this problem.
